The Law amends several legislative acts of Ukraine to simplify procedure of procurement by the enterprises, specify the grounds for applying the procurement procedure for one participant and introducing a new mechanism of applying the procurement procedure for one participant without a permit of the authorized body in charge of public procurement, etc.
The bill is registered under Reg. No. 7532.
